Summer Missions: Students making plans in Silverdale

Temple’s students in Silverdale, Wash., are already busy in the early days of their mission activities. Here are two items from the group’s Facebook page today.

Daniel Barnes: “We got out into the community more today. We are finishing up orientation and getting ready to fully jump into this community, unsupervised and completely guided by the Holy Spirit. Pray that God will keep our resolve strong and give us boldness.”

Dylan Holstead: “Today John, Dax and I scouted an open mic night at a local coffee shop and have decided to perform as a group in the near future. We have no experience so please pray for us, although Luke is going to join us and possibly Daniel. Stay tuned for a video! After our brainstorming session I think we have one song that is going to absolutely rock.”
